What's the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?

What is your first thought when you open your eyes?

What are your morning habits?

How your day starts is extremely important for how it will turn out later on. The messages you give your brain in the morning follow you through the rest of the day.

That's why it's extremely important to build empowering habits, especially in the morning. Especially at the start of your day.

So that you can start your day the way you want it to start. And gradually learn to control your mind, your thoughts, your reality.

What is this excellent habit that if you follow it every morning will help you start (and continue) your day optimistically and having taken good care of yourself?

Start your day 10 minutes earlier than usual.

Instead of starting in a rush, take 10 minutes in complete silence, to yourself. With your eyes closed, focus on all the things you already have in your life that fill you with gratitude. Count the gifts of your life.

Your health, your home, the people who love and care about you, your friends and whatever else you feel is a gift.

Then, with your eyes closed (or open if closed eyes cause you tension), focus on what you want this particular day to bring you. How do you imagine your day unfolding? Describe it.

Complete the process, now bringing to your awareness your goals for the next interval. What is important for you to accomplish in the next period?

Talk about it as if you have ALREADY achieved it and it is part of your reality.

Thank yourself and start your day, happy and energized.
