  • Anahata Yoga Academy's yoga classes are conducted ONLY online, through the ZOOM platform.
  • The course link is sent to your email address after you have registered for the course.
  • Anahata Yoga Academy may change the program and the teachers of the program according to its needs.
  • Anahata Yoga Academy's online course program begins in mid-October and ends in late May of each academic year.
  • The teachers who teach the classes are experienced teachers, all graduates of Anahata Yoga Academy's yoga programs.
  • To register for Anahata Yoga Academy's online classes, it is mandatory to fill out the registration form below.

Gentle Yoga Flow & Yoga Nidra

A combination of conscious movement in flow, breathing and deep relaxation, through yoga postures that cultivate flexibility and soften tension. The class concludes with Yoga Nidra, a meditative form of deep relaxation in the supine position that contributes to physical recovery and stress relief. Ideal for all levels, this class cultivates a sense of calm, balance and rejuvenation.
