Anahata Yoga Academy is the largest academy of yoga and wellness training programs in Greece. Since 2012 it offers training programs for prospective yoga teachers (200hr Yoga Teacher Training), (200hr Yoga Teacher Training)advanced yoga teacher training programs (500hr Yoga Teacher Training) (500hr Yoga Teacher Training) as well as specialization programs aimed at yoga teachers, wellness consultants and anyone else who wants to know the holistic way thought and life.
What sets the academy programs apart is the love and passion we put into them as trainers.

Following the vision of the founder, Elena Mouradidou, the whole team has dedicated a large part of their lives to offering experiential trainings that contribute radically to the development and transformation of each student into an excellent teacher. Through our educational programs, our students are ready to teach in Greece and abroad, full of confidence and joy in what they do.

Gentle Yoga Flow & Yoga Nidra

A combination of conscious movement in flow, breathing and deep relaxation, through yoga postures that cultivate flexibility and soften tension. The class concludes with Yoga Nidra, a meditative form of deep relaxation in the supine position that contributes to physical recovery and stress relief. Ideal for all levels, this class cultivates a sense of calm, balance and rejuvenation.

A Vinyasa flow yoga practice with a dynamic feel, where you will let yourself flow with softness while building full body strength.
