Anger is an emotion that you feel and like other emotions, it will come and go.

First of all, anger is good to be expressed and not suppressed. Try these two ways that will help you, not to not get angry, but to learn to manage the emotion of anger, to control it.

  1. When you feel intense anger, you can express it by saying what you feel without rushing to make decisions or making some weighty statement that you will later regret.
  2. Instead of focusing on the problem that caused your anger, channel your energy into finding a solution to what is making you angry.

In other words: focus on the solution, not the problem.

You have a conversation with someone and what they say makes you angry, makes you very angry. How sure are you that what he wanted to express is exactly what you understood?

Your brain perceives the stimuli it receives from others based on your own experiences. So, is it better to make sure that you have correctly understood what your interlocutor is trying to express?

The point is not to not get angry. The point is to learn to manage your anger. To control it and not let it control you.
