The training program lasts 22 days and perfectly combines yoga knowledge and holidays on a beautiful island!

It includes practical and theoretical yoga classes, lessons on the anatomy and physiology of the body, as well as lessons on yoga philosophy and teaching techniques.

The trainers are specifically qualified to help students gain a strong foundation in their teaching and to help them develop their own personal practice.

Participants will be ready to deliver a great yoga class right after graduation!

Apart from the training in teaching yoga, participants will have the opportunity to discover Kythera and enjoy the natural beauty of the island.

They will explore the magnificent beaches and crystal clear waters, to the traditional villages and marked trails!

The accommodation and all the training takes place in the wonderful Porto Delfino Hotel, where the owner Myrto Nikologianni, with great care, has created a wonderful wellness space that often hosts yoga retreats from all over the world.

Access to the island is very easy: by air with a direct flight from El. Venizelos airport, by road, but also by ferry from Piraeus and Crete.
