In this Workshop we will explore different ways to advance and evolve as yoga teachers and mostly as human beings in order to achieve self-improvement, internal transformation and balance.

What will we learn?
  • How can we share from the heart even in our classes?
  • How will our classes become inspiration to our students?
  • How can we deepen into the essence using the body, the voice, the movement, the breath and the team as tools?
  • How, as teachers, can we inspire without imposing?
  • How can we see inside the soul of a student, of a human, helping the light to shine from side to side?

This immersion is addressed to certified yoga teachers who wish to expand their teaching skills to all directions, to experienced practitioners who wish to advance their personal practice and to explore the unique nature of their Self.

  • Practice teaching in small groups and providing feedback
Investment

The investment includes all training days and the training manual with original material.

Cancellation Policy
  1. Deposits are non-refundable.

  2. In case of cancellation up to one month prior to the beginning of the training, the entire amount of money is refunded, except for the deposit.
  3. In case of cancellation less than a month before the training, the amount of money is non-refundable.

A combination of conscious movement in flow, breathing and deep relaxation, through yoga postures that cultivate flexibility and soften tension. The class concludes with Yoga Nidra, a meditative form of deep relaxation in the supine position that contributes to physical recovery and stress relief. Ideal for all levels, this class cultivates a sense of calm, balance and rejuvenation.
