*This Training Seminar is part of the Advanced Yoga 500hr Teacher Training; it is possible to attend a single module, without anyone participating in the Advanced Yoga 500hr Teacher Training.

The “Subtle” Body or our Energy Body, is that being that surrounds us and permeates us, literally “animating”, giving life, with its vital breath, to our physical body!

In this immersion, we will get to know this very close – and yet so mysterious – substance. Following the path of the Energy Centers (the famous Chakra), we study the “anatomy” of our Subtle Body, the points / “gates” of its connection with our physical body, and we become acquainted with it, through interactive discussion, and the deep wisdom of Asana, Pranayama and Meditation.

The workshop is aimed at yoga teachers and experienced practitioners who want to delve deeper into the energy body, develop their personal practice and develop their teaching.

Contents
  • Nadis – the “waves” of our liquid body
  • Models of study of material and subtle existence
  • Chakras – the centers of mental functions and a path of internal evolution
  • Planning the Yogic Sadhana (Asana – Pranayama – Meditation) following the scale of energy centers
Prerequisites
  • Completed registration form
  • Meeting with the teachers training facilitator
  • Certificate from a general practitioner that the trainee is allowed to practice yoga and exercise during the current year.
Certification

Students who will successfully attend the entire educational module Subtle Body Immersion of Anahata Yoga Academy, receive international teaching certification from Yoga Alliance USA in the category "Continuing Education" category (applies to students already enrolled in Yoga Alliance USA) with 16 hours of Continuing Education (Yoga Alliance USA 16 hrs of CE).
Students who will successfully attend the entire educational module Advanced 500hr Yoga Teacher Training, completing all the hours of lessons from Anahata Yoga Academy, can teach in Greece and abroad.

Cancellation Policy
  1. Deposits are non-refundable.

  2. In case of cancellation up to one month prior to the beginning of the training, the entire amount of money is refunded, except for the deposit.
  3. In case of cancellation less than a month before the training, the amount of money is non-refundable.
