Trainer

I am Vasiliki Pekridou Physiotherapist, based in Kozani. I have been working since 2011, after graduating from A.T.E.I. Thessaloniki. In the same year, I immediately start a master's degree at H-O.M.T. Greece and I specialize in Manual Therapy. At the same time, I attend seminars and all the conferences of the P.S.F.

In 2016 I start the first Yoga training, of 200 hours YTT, at Anahata Yoga Studio. Next to my teacher, Elena Mouratidou, I received tools, knowledge and inspiration and continued to the next trainings, the 500 hours YTT and Prenatal & Postnatal YTT. I have attended various seminars in Greece and abroad (Sri Dharma Mittra, Chelsey Korus, Jared McCann, Emy Tull, Yiannis Andritsos), while to this day I continue to teach this ancient science live and online.

In 2019 I am starting a new training in Holistic Nutrition, as it is a field I had personally delved into. To this day, I counsel clients in person and online and stand by them as they evolve their relationship with food.

In 2020 I am on an online, transformative journey for 3 months with Sabrina Lynn where through meditation, embodiment practices and breathing, topics such as masculine and feminine energy, archetypes, shadow work, emotional intelligence and more were approached. Immediately after, I continue with trainings on the woman, the menstrual cycle, healing of the uterus, her voice and dynamics, and Holistic Health.

 

In 2021 I am doing the seminar on Craniosacral therapy (Upledger Institute) and Acupuncture at Trigger Points (E.F.E.A.). In 2022 my daughter comes into my life and everything comes to a standstill. In October of the same year, I returned to the field of action, with a new training, Women's Circle Facilitator, having already organized the first two Circles. For me, the training never ends, especially when you work with the Man.

I love walks in the woods, reading, exercising and deep conversations. I am a big supporter of homeopathy and all natural remedies. What fills my heart, besides being with my family, is standing next to people who want to remember their true nature, how wonderful and whole they are. To create safe and suitable conditions so that this happens smoothly and effortlessly. I believe that healing is within all of us.
