I am Olga Koukogianni, a certified Aerial Yoga teacher with many trainings both in the basic core of Aerial, as well as in its therapeutic, acrobatic and advanced approach as well as a certified Hatha Yoga teacher with over 700 hours of training. I was born and raised in Volos, a city I love very much. After my studies in the economic department of the University of Macedonia, I returned to my city where I am still active in the trade sector.

In 2016 I met Anahata and my favorite teacher to this day, Elena Mouratidou. Then a path full of endless inspiration, development and creation opened up for me. The starting point was the Aerial teachers Training in 2016 with Elena Mouratidou.

Since then, important trainings followed, among which were:

  • Aerial Yoga Therapeutics Teachers Training with Artemis Andrikakis
  • Advanced Aerial Yoga Teachers Training with Yiannis Mitsokapas
  • AerialLife Level Up Teachers Training with Aerial Life

 In 2018, my apprenticeship in Hatha Yoga began with all my favorite teachers, Elena Mouratidou, Artemis Andrikakis, Nancy Xitzanidou and Alexandra Palatza, alongside whom I continue to apprentice until today with the aim of developing the practice, the development of the teaching and the development of self-awareness. A big milestone in my journey as a yoga teacher, but also as a person, was the trip to India in 2019.

I love Aerial Yoga because it awakens the child in me.
I love yoga, because in the intense rhythms of everyday life it calms me down and offers me inner balance and healing.
I love dancing and the sun, because they set me free, They give me energy and life.
I love walks and excursions, because in addition to the body, the mind also travels and new horizons are always opened.
