What the training program of Aerial Yoga offers:
International teaching certification from Yoga Alliance USA in the “Continuing Education” category (upon successful completion of the program and applies to students already registered in Yoga Alliance USA)
32 hours of training, in small groups, with very experienced instructors.
Educational manual with a wide variety of postures for warming up, strength, balance, acrobatic postures etc
You will receive additional instructions and advice on the installation, supply, and use of the equipment necessary for the specific system.
The seminar takes place in the beautiful space of Anahata Yoga Studio, which has all the necessary equipment. The hammocks are precisely positioned so that each trainee has their own personal space during the training.

1. Aerial Yoga, Acrobatics and Fitness
Grounding and setting the foundations for a safe aerial practice
The first part of the training is an introduction to the techniques of Aerial Yoga and Aerial Fitness. It includes a combination of exercises done on the floor and on the hammock, yoga poses, and a series of exercises that strengthen the whole body.
More specifically, it includes:

2. Aerial Yoga, Acrobatics and Dance
Play Dance Fly
The second part of the training is a comprehensive practice of the Aerial Yoga technique. Drawing inspiration from aerial yoga, we introduce into our practice a wide range of acrobatic poses as well as a series of aerial choreographies. We use the foundation we laid in the first three days of the training and we take off our practice.

Prerequisites
- Good physical condition
- Completed registration form.
- Meeting with the person in charge of the educational program
- Certificate from a general practitioner that the trainee is allowed to practice yoga and free gymnastics in the year 2024
Certification
Students who successfully complete the entire training program (student attendance at the program, written exam, class delivery) will be certified as Aerial Yoga (Yoga // Fitness // Dance) teachers by Anahata Yoga Academy and will be able to teach at Greece and abroad.
Anahata Yoga Academy supports and helps all graduates of the program through promotion and advertising on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- in case of cancellation up to one month before the start date, the entire amount of money except the deposit is refunded.
- In case of cancellation less than one month before the start date, the amount of money is non refundable.
