“Intro to Meditation” Immersion Cycle
In our days, we often hear people extolling the practice of Meditation, as a method of focusing and balancing the mind. For instance, you may often feel that your mind is overwhelmed by thoughts, and seek a way to find calmness; or you may be in a critical situation in your life, which someway nudges you to seek refuge in and be connected with your Innermost Self.
The practice of Meditation (among others)
- Works deeply therapeutically as it allows elements of the psyche to surface to be observed and healed.
- Brings crystal clarity, focus and strength to the mind.
- Leads to experiencing the nature of the Deepest Self, which is characterized by True Existence, Awareness and Bliss.
The practice of Meditation thus gradually leads to creating a steady inner “center of gravity” and being poised in it, allowing you to assume full control of your life.
This Training is addressed to:
- Yoga practitioners who wish to go deeper and more refined in their practice.
- Yoga teachers, as Meditation is the pinnacle of Yogic practice, and essentially synonymous with the concept of 'Yoga'.
- Anyone who feels that the mind is often overwhelmed with conflicting thoughts and feelings, and wishes to find more calmness, focus and clarity
- Anyone who feels drawn to Meditation, but is unsure of how to begin with it
- Anyone who has (or had) started a Meditation practice, and is seeking answers to the questions and issues that arose
- Experienced Meditation practitioners who are looking for new breath, renewal and inspiration in their practice.

Prerequisites
- Completed registration form
- Meeting with the teachers training facilitator
- Certificate from a general practitioner that the trainee is allowed to practice yoga and exercise during the current year.

Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- In case of cancellation up to one month prior to the beginning of the training, the entire amount of money is refunded, except for the deposit.
- In case of cancellation less than a month before the training, the amount of money is non-refundable.
