I am Anastasia Abraham, a certified yoga teacher, specialized in fertility yoga and holistic - conscious nutrition. I have studied English Language and Philology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and I live and work in the city of Kozani. Alongside the language teaching, 2016 saw the first yoga teacher training (200hr YTT) at Anahata Yoga Academy. I then completed the Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training Course and since I was looking for more depth in the area of ​​self-awareness and teaching I continued with the 500hr Advanced Teacher Training Course at the Academy.

At the same time I attended seminars with renowned teachers in Greece and abroad and traveled to India where I came into contact with real yoga. I then completed two additional trainings as a mentor (Anahata Mentorhsip Training). In 2023, on the occasion of my own personal motherhood journey, I decided to specialize in fertility yoga in order to support other women in this phase of their lives.

Finally, I always stay close to the path of yoga and self-improvement through my personal practice, retreats and other programs alongside my beloved mentor and teacher Elena Mouratidou. My love for body care and cooking, as well as my deep need for a personal harmonious relationship with food, lead me to my education in the AFPA American Organization's Holistic Nutrition. Combined with Mindful & Intuitive Eating techniques, my goal is for more and more people to learn how to eat in a way that honors their body , enjoy their food and with simple ingredients nourish body, mind and spirit.

I am an advocate of slow and mindful living, a life that we don't rush to catch up with, but we experience everyday and are present in the moment, enjoying the simple things. I love free expression through creation and am constantly inspired by mother nature, people's stories, travel, smells, colors, Life itself .

Ideal for all levels, this class cultivates a sense of calm, balance and rejuvenation.
