Founder & Master Trainer

I am Elena Mouratidou, NLP Master Coach and Senior Yoga Trainer. I began my studies in Business Administration (BA) and completed my undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Sorbonne (BA, MA), in France, in art therapy and philosophy.

My journey of personal development and self- improvement continued through my training in the study of the Brain and Subconscious through Neuro-Linguistic Programming (Master NLP Coach, Time-Line Therapy©, Hypnotherapy©, Association of NLP | The American Board of NLP), the mBraining© (Multiple Brains Integrative Techniques), Mindfulness (MBSR, Brown University USA) and the Science of Wellbeing (Yale University).

In 2012 I founded Anahata Yoga Academy, an internationally acclaimed yoga teacher training academy.

My profound love for the human beings and their respective self- development, led me to training studies on Trauma Therapy (Peter Levine), Therapy through Art (Transformation Academy USA), Body Therapy (Certified Body Therapist – Karen Wells USA) and in Dance Therapy through Primitive Expression.

My journey of personal development and self-improvement continued through my training in the study of the Brain and Subconscious through Neuro-Linguistic Programming ( Master NLP Trainer, Time-Line Therapy©, Hypnotherapy©, Association of NLP | The American Board of NLP), the mBraining©(Multiple Brains Integrative Techniques), Mindfulness (MBSR, Brown University USA) and the Science of Wellbeing (Yale University).

I continued investing in educational programs on Life Coaching (Transformation Academy, USA) and in world-renowned psychological approaches related to personal and professional development and communication, by attending programs of Antony Robbins, Robin Sharma, Marshall Goldsmith.

My integrative, multidimensional approach has helped hundreds of people achieve the results they deeply desire and ultimately live a life full of physical and mental health, wellness and well- being.

I offer one-on-one sessions and group programs of personal-development, one-on-one yoga and mindfulness classes as well as wellness and self-improvement seminars. I am a loyal partner of WorkWell and I have collaborated with companies such as Siemens, Parabita, Enel, Vilabs, Premium Wellness, Ydrodiarihisi EPE, Shneider, Ristart, Admine, Novo Nordisk, Act. I also collaborate with the Delasalle College regarding staff training programs, with the American College of Thessaloniki and with the Social Institute of Active Citizens of Greece.

Through my unquenchable desire to offer, I also write articles in well-known Greek publications and on my very own blog, I share coaching & wellness tips through my YouTube channel and I organize Wellness Retreats in Greece and abroad, so as for everyone to lead an exciting and full of wellness life.

One of the greatest pleasures of my life is to spend time with my family, to be close to nature, and to travel, meeting new civilizations and cultures.
